How do I know who to really trust?

I get asked this question alot so I thought it would be worth writing a post on this.

I  get emails delivered everyday to my mailbox and I get really annoyed and disillusioned-heres why!

1. each one of them seems to say the same thing  but they just talk about a different product or service. I really wonder are they just trying to flog something on me or really offer VALUE?
2. what makes this product or service SO DIFFERENT to everything else I am bombarded with! Same person but different emails saying the same thing about some seemingly fantastic product over time!
3. they don’t know me but act like they do-yet if I was to reply to the email-it 9 times out of 10 goes unanswered (unless there is a customer support service).Why do they treat me like a sucker and not a REAL PERSON?

How I wished someone would ask me what could they do to help and really mean it. Don’t get me wrong I have had some emails asking that question and when I reply I hear nothing back! So much for wanting my feedback……

I do like to learn from someone

• I have grown to trust,
• someone who seems to be just like me,
• someone who is willing to give and is there if I have a question.
• someone I know delivers consistent value,
• is ethical
• has trained people like me to be successful,
• someone with a proven track record over the years,
• someone who is spoken of really highly (these people are hard to find)
• someone who won’t screw with my mind or bank balance

Greetings from the mad house!

I think I either belong in a circus or should join one. Every day I try to keep so many balls in the air that sometimes my arms get tired! Trying to work from home with young kids around is nuts sometimes. No wonder I long for those quiet times when they sleep (mostly 930pm). Sometimes this is the only time I get to do some work, but not without the guilt as I have a long suffering husband who would like to see more than the back of my head from time to time!

You see not only have I my own kids evey day but I also have to deal with the masses of neighbour kids who blow through my house like a hurricane on a daily basis (sideline maybe I should charge for a drop and collect service! It would be ok them being dropped but somehow people seem to collect their kids……hmmm) My husband comes home to find 5 kids in tv room highly animated doing Wii or shouting commands and 2-3 primadonna ballerinas on trampoline out the back. I can almost see him backing away towards the door only he is hungry!

Anyway I try to do a bit of work but not much gets done during the day as I have to get drinks, snacks, find light sabers, tennis balls, find missing pieces of toys that are needed immediately, close doors, clean spills, help find dress up outfits and stop the girls from scratching their eyes out in a cat fight of massive scale.

Consequently, I have started working by night. My poor husband is too afraid to ask what I do on my PC in the midnight hour so it is no wonder I find it hard to sleep.

Because I do not officially work, being a stay at home mum,  my mum and friends think I do nothing all day and I get asked to do all sorts of stuff I would never even dream of doing, even if I was bored!

Anyway while I still have a pulse and two fingers to tap away on my PC, I will persevere!
